Tronix Incorporation collects only what you send us through this website so we can respond to project and partnership enquiries.

What we collect

If you use the contact form we store your name, email, optional phone number, subject, and message, plus a technical IP address used for rate limiting. The newsletter field uses the same inbox.

How we use it

We use that information to reply to you, assess a possible engagement, and — if you asked for updates — send occasional news about Tronix platforms. We do not sell your details.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation and our ordinary business records, then deleted or archived.
